Week 19 – Total Elimination Diet

No reintroductions this week.  I decided to take a week off before I started adding in the highly allergic food groups next week.

MONDAY
Breakfast – Strawberry jam toast
Lunch – Hot dogs, pretzels, and apple
Dinner – Ham & Potato Soup

TUESDAY
Breakfast – Strawberry jam toast
Lunch – Leftover Ham & Potato soup
Dinner – French toast, sausage and eggs

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast – Strawberry jam toast
Lunch – Panera Turkey Avocado BLT
Dinner – Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

THURSDAY
Breakfast – Cheerios with honey, sunbutter, and blueberries
Lunch – Leftover Teriyaki Chicken
Dinner – Hot Dogs

FRIDAY
Breakfast – Banana Coffee Cake
Lunch – CAB Salad
Dinner – Spaghetti

SATURDAY
Breakfast – Banana Coffee Cake
Lunch – CAB Salad
Dinner – Ham Sandwich

SUNDAY
Breakfast – Banana Coffee Cake
Lunch – burger, pretzels, and fruit
Dinner – spaghetti
