MONDAY
Breakfast – Banana Coffee Cake
Lunch – Leftover Honey Pork and Apples and Barley Pilaf
Dinner – Burgers and sweet potato chips
Introduction – Paprika (I used it to season the burgers)

TUESDAY
Breakfast – Banana Coffee Cake
Lunch – Leftover Honey Pork and Apples with Barley Pilaf
Dinner – Leftover burger and Pancakes

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast – Peaches
Lunch – Leftover burger and a banana
Dinner – Chicken Avocado Bacon (CAB) Salad with flatbread, banana
Introduction – Bacon, Canola, Avocado

THURSDAY
Breakfast – NEW crunchy rice cereal with blueberries, sunbutter, and honey
Lunch – CAB Salad with flatbread
Dinner – Cilantro Lime Rice and Roasted Potatoes

FRIDAY
Breakfast – NEW crunchy rice cereal with banana, blueberries, sunbutter, and honey
Lunch – CAB Salad with flatbread
Dinner – Grilled Chicken and cilantro lime rice

SATURDAY
Breakfast – Oat Bars
Lunch – One Skillet Creamy Chicken Pasta
Dinner – Avocado Chicken Salad with “bread”

SUNDAY
Breakfast – Oat Bars
Lunch – Grilled Chicken and Cilantro Lime Rice
Dinner – Leftover One Skillet Creamy Chicken Pasta

NOTES
1) I’m about to change your life.  Did you know that there is a Lemonade that you can PURCHASE that meets the reintroduction requirements?  It’s pretty delicious. I highly recommend it.  Go buy it, like right now.
