Allergy Friendly No Bake Cookies – Total Elimination Diet – Reintroduction Phase

Did you know that Allergy Friendly No Bakes are almost as good as regular No Bakes.  Well now you do.

• 1/2 cup rice milk
• 1/2 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa
• 3 cups oatmeal
• 1/2 cup Sunflower Butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla

1) Cook rice milk, buttery spread, sugar and cocoa over medium-high heat.  Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute and 20 seconds exactly.
2) Working quickly remove from heat. Add vanilla and Sunflower Butter.  Stir to melt and combine all ingredients together.  Add oats and mix well.
3) Spoon clumps of mixture onto wax paper and allow to cool completely.
