MONDAY
Breakfast – Sweet Potato Chips…it was one of those mornings
Lunch – Leftover Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner – Turkey Pot Pie Casserole and rice
Snack – Bowl of grapes and blackberries, banana with sunbutter
Introduction – Grapes, Blackberries, Banana

TUESDAY
Breakfast – Nothing…I got to sleep in!! WHAT?!?!?!?!
Lunch – Leftover Chicken Noodle Soup and grapes
Dinner – Leftover Turkey Pot Pie Casserole and rice
Snack – Bowl of grapes and blackberries, banana with sunbutter

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast – Nothing…Rearrange the furniture morning.
Lunch – Leftover Turkey Pot Pie Casserole and rice
Dinner – Pancakes

THURSDAY
Breakfast – 1/2 a grapefruit
Lunch – Leftover pancakes
Dinner – Grilled Chicken and Cilantro Lime Rice, a banana with SunButter and cranberries
Introduction – Grapefruit, Cranberry, Cumin

FRIDAY
Breakfast – Nothing…apparently this is the week of no breakfasts
Lunch – Grilled chicken and cilantro lime rice
Dinner – Pancakes, French Fries (Sweet Potatoes), Grapefruit with cranberries

SATURDAY
Breakfast – Bowl of NEW crunchy rice cereal, pear
Lunch – Leftover pancakes
Dinner – Brown rice pasta with garlic and parsley, grapefruit with cranberries
Snack – Cilantro Lime Rice

SUNDAY
Breakfast – Two rice cakes with sunbutter and dried cranberries
Lunch – Honey Pork and Apples, Barley Pilaf
Dinner – More barley pilaf…this stuff is gooood.
Introduction – Pork, Apples (cooked), Barley
