Week 9 – Total Elimination Diet

Last week was so much more promising with Baby O having no reactions to the new foods.  And I feel like I can actually snack again instead of having to wait till the next meal to eat anything.  It’s pretty glorious.

MONDAY
Breakfast – 1 rice cake topped with sunbutter and dried blueberries
Lunch – Turkey burger with flax and parsley, sweet potato chips
Dinner – Turkey & Rice Bake

TUESDAY
Breakfast – Sunbutter Bar
Lunch – Leftover turkey & rice bake, sunbutter bar
Dinner – Beef burger with onion, mustard, 2 sunbutter bars, potato chips
Introduction – Beef, Onion, Mustard

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast – Rice cake topped with sunbutter and dried blueberries, a bowl of NEW crunchy rice cereal, 1 pear
Lunch – Beef burger with onion, mustard, potato chips
Dinner – Leftover turkey & rice bake

THURSDAY
Breakfast – 2 rice cakes with sunbutter and dried blueberries
Lunch – Beef burger with onion, mustard, sweet potato chips
Dinner – Blueberry & Cucumber Salad with Blueberry Vinaigrette
Introduction – Balsamic Vinaigrette (I cheated and started this one too).

FRIDAY
Breakfast – A bowl of NEW crunchy rice cereal, 1 pear
Lunch – Blueberry & cucumber salad with blueberry vinaigrette, Lemonade
Dinner – Grilled turkey with Cilantro Lime Rice, lemonade
Introduction – Lemon, lime, cilantro, sugar

SATURDAY
Breakfast – A bowl of NEW crunchy rice cereal, 1 pear
Lunch – Cilantro lime rice, cucumber dipped in blueberry vinaigrette, sweet potato chips, lemonade
Dinner – Grilled turkey, cilantro lime rice, lemonade

SUNDAY
Breakfast – 2 rice cakes with sunbutter and dried blueberries
Lunch – Sweet Potato, Turkey & Squash Hash with celery, onion, and rosemary added
Dinner – Ground turkey and cilantro lime rice bowl

NOTES:
1) Baby O is doing great so far with the food reintroductions.  I’ve been very grateful that it’s continuing to go well.
2) I’ve been trying to branch out and add more variety and flavor to my diet.  So far that has been in the form of carrots, celery, and onion. But, I’ll take what I can get!
3) I’m not noting all of the snacks I’m eating because you really don’t want to know how much I’m eating (like seriously).  I’m snacking on reintroduced fruits and things like cilantro lime rice.
