Week 5 Menu – Total Elimination Diet

Onto Week 5.  The test results for Baby O came back.  Everything was normal, so per the pediatrician I can start adding food back in.  However, Baby O’s stool is still not normal, but seems to be improving (finally!). We have an appointment with a pediatric allergist next week, so I’ve decided to maintain this phase of the diet until we see the allergist.  I’ll let them give me the go-ahead.  And maybe they’ll have some good recommendations on how to reintroduce food. So here we go.

End of Week Thoughts
1) ***The chips are made with canola, sunflower, and/or safflower oil.  I know that those aren’t TED approved, but I didn’t care.  There’s a small amount of those oils in the rice milk I’ve been using because I can’t find rice milk without the oils in them. I was frustrated and just beyond caring.  Should I have care? Yes.  Did I though? No. Will I regret it? Maybe.
